Terrible customer service

I spent a fair bit of time researching the best swimsuit for my baby's first holiday- and landed here. I ordered within plenty of time, and when it hadn't arrived a week before our trip, I emailed customer service. They never replied, so I reached out on Instagram. I got a reply apologising and was reassured that it'd be sent out immediately. It never arrived. When I chased again on Instagram, my messages were read and never responded to. Really disappointed and frustrated!

Swimsuit seems great, CS is nonexistent

I ordered two swimsuits for my son and my nephew. The color is vibrant, the swimsuits seem like excellent quality. We haven’t used them yet but definitely a promising first impression.

However, I ordered the 6-12 month size as a gift for my nephew. I received the 0-6 month size. No big deal, I understand mistakes happen. I reached out to two different email addresses for Fjord Baby over the past week. I have sent a total of 5 emails and I have not received a response.

I would love to gift this suit to my nephew, I think the brand has a noteworthy mission and I am happy to spend money on an item that helps keep my family safe. However, it is very disappointing to spend $45 on a baby swimsuit and not receive the correct size or have any correspondence from the company trying to fix the issue.

So essential for my son!

The fit was spot on! I love knowing that my son is wearing something that is functional, adorable, and aid in keeping him safe. I love being able to support a fellow mama!
